    Default Hatsan Quattro Trigger group

I have just had the pleasure of being able to work on the new Hatsan trigger group.

As posted before, the trigger is painted metal, and is adjustable for creep, first/second stage and pressure.

To achieve a light trigger pull, a spring has to be changed, but once that is done the pressure is adjustable from a softer base than standard. Length of pull of second stage is adjustable from smooth long to smooth and as short as you can handle it. First stage is adjustable from long to nothing.

The trigger is now exactly as Gratis wanted it. Light pressure, very short first stage and short, crisp second stage. No messing about with polishing or reshaping.

This is a very well made and fully adjustable trigger group on a very well-priced budget air rifle.

    JTK - Sorry, no pictures.

Mze, Thanks for the quick assistance with my toy. You are a true master of the Springer family!

JTK, What would you like to see on the pictures. I could take a few and post them here, but I have no idea what you would be looking for. Also, I would need some assistance to get the pictures uploaded. What are the size restrictions for pics?

Post them 800x600 and around 150kb in size should be good.
When posting click on the go advanced option and then manage attachments and the rest is easy

Thanks, I'll take the stock off in the morning and take a few snaps. I'll give a shout on the IM if I get stuck.

I still don't know what to take pictures of other than just the trigger...

Hi Gratis, anything that will give me insight as to how the new trigger works. maybe one normal, one pilling the trigger till 2nd stage engauges. one cocked as well would be great. pics from the side if you can see into the trigger group.

Here are a few pics of the trigger.

I could not cock the rifle with the stock off, I need to eat more pap!!!

As for the first stage, it is about 1 mm on the trigger, so it is relatively non existent.

Action is short and light, thanks to the touch of Mze... The trigger also strips very easily, as the retaining pins are kept in position by the stock and easily slide out. The rocking motion is very similar to the Ou Van trigger(TM)

I hope these give an idea of the new Hatsan Mod trigger assemblies

thanks for the pics! still some amchining marks etc but generally that is starting to look like a trigger. I must look at my AR1000 trigger. that, if memory serves looks like a AR1000 trigger. fancy the Turks to copy a chinaman. and no the chinas did not copy the AR1000 trigger from the Norica, the AR1000 trigger is much better than the norica's
