    Default Silencer for Steyr LG110

I have been looking for a silincer for a while now to enable me to practice inside the house without having trouble from the goverment.

Casper offer to help and design a proto type and I had to test them, lekker job hey. He came up with a silincer that is truely awesome.

It is very quiet (imagine a 7 Joule rifle with a silincer).
Looks very, very good (see picture in my gallery under Steyr Silincer).
Very light as it is made out alum.
    No variation in the POI.

    Well done Casper. :claphead

Another big advantage is that the air cylinder can be removed without taking the silincer off every time.

Sorry Spyker, I can not tell you what the price is as I contributed half to the developement of the silincer. You will have to ask Casper. The mass production part is in his court now.

How does it attach to the barrel? The older Steyrs had a locating pin in the barrel, so the silencers were the twist-on type. Grubscrew?

The silencer is quieter than a manders I tested some time ago. I also would prefer it shorter, but the shorter one (+/_ 100mm) was not as quiet for indoor use. To enable removal of the silinder the diameter of the silencer is restricted.
For fitting to the barrel two grubscrews are used with an inner sleeve to protect the barrel.
Barrel adapter is available for all rifles. With the adapter fitted either a silencer or air stripper can be used on the same adapter.
    Price R400

R400 for complete silencer with barrel adapter. I used conical baffles with air arrestors. The silencer for the Steyr has 5 segments.
POI was tested over 20m with no change on two different rifles.
