    Default Scuba tank

    Hi everyone!!
I am new to this forum and new to PCP airgunning. Need some info, please?
I can get a 10L alu scuba tank (tested). What other equipment do I have to get that goes together with the tank? Regulator? connectors? and are these available at scuba shops? or at the air rigle shops? costs?

you need an adaptor to connect the tank to your gun. This you will find at the air rifle shop you buy your rifle from.

    Hi Whistler

The adapter costs somewhere from R500 to R800 (well, mine did). Have you been advised to get, if possible, a 300 bar tank? I managed to get a small 6L 300bar tank, and although it is a pain to lug around, it seems better than these other huge things people have.

Of course, if you've got a cheapy (or light?) alu tank available, then I don't want to discourage you.

Hi Whistler, just check that the tank is not a Luxfer (check spelling) as some of the '95 models were faulty, is was a R1200 lesson for me! Wellcome buddy. If you are looking for resonable price PCP's send me a PMessage and I will chat to you.
