Default Alberton Field Target found ground

    Morning everyone.

After about 1 year 6 months of battling to find ground it seems we (AFTSA) have finally found a place to host shoots.

There is a "clubhouse" with all the required facilities, there is a setup range, there is bush, water, mud, and everything else you could think of ! This will be FT in every imaginable way, NOBODY will leave with CLEAN clothes after completing the course! Hunting simulation ... definately !

Location is in Edenvale so it's nice and central, catering for whoever wants to come, but note that the club will still be known as AFTSA(AlbertonFT).
East Rand has been invited to share the venue with us, but still run as 2 seperate clubs, but it looks like they also found a venue. Offer will always stand if they ever have a problem with ground.

Ladies and gentleman .... watch this space ....

The website, well I haven't worked on that for about 6 months, will try and do it this week. (a problem with having too much on your plate ! )
As soon as everything has been finalized with the Events Organizer/Land Owner I will update everything to include the shooting terms and conditions and all costs.
    Check again next week ...
I'm currently also the Chairman of AFTSA, once the club is fully up and running (2-3 months)I will request to resign as Chairman so that I can concentrate more on SAFTAA.
But ... we'll see when we get there...maybe maybe not.

I'm also considering maybe scrapping the website and doing it over with only info about the club, alot of the things on the site should rather be on a site like SAFTAA or so ...

Waiting for feedback on the venue again. Everything else ready, just waiting for one of the 2 possible venues.
Mike Potgieter is a bit sick so I can't speak to him about it at the moment.
