Well, it has to say AA. I like it. That said, Jan has now got me curious about pricing.

    Sooooo, how much?

We still have some ideas regarding colours and texture, this one has just been sandblasted and I think it looks good as is. Anodising will add to the cost (which we are trying to keep down) so not sure if we will be able to produce anodised wheels en masse. We should however be able to do customer specified colours on order.

Pricing will be announced once we go into full production, so no set figure as yet but it will be competitive with the current custom side wheel prices.

Sorry I can’t give more info, but as I said this is just the proof of concept. I will be keeping the forum up to date as and when I get the information.

Anodizing is cheaper when you do large batches of wheels. It's not an expensive finish to do and it toughens the aluminium. One off custom colours are expensive.

Saxon, I would recommend doing a search on this site. Basicly, the larger the wheel the more accurate the reading taken from it when ranging the distance to the target. The parallax or focus wheel is what is used to gauge distances to the target and these wheels are market incrementally. See here:http://www.google.co.za/url?sa=t&sou...8Jq-ig&cad=rja
