    Default Hw100 Trigger

    Hi Riflers,

Quick q about the Hw 100's trigger. I notice that you can adjust the trigger forward or backward, probably to suite your reach. The other setting is for the amount of pre pull, ( don't know if that is the right wording) before the trigger gets tight and the shot goes off.
What I want to know if there is another adjustment to determine how hard you have to pull before the shot goes off??

    Thanks

Yes Werner, the HW100 has a wonderfully adjustable trigger. If you loosen the trigger blade to move it forward, and backwards, you will see another screw underneith it.
If you can't see it, remove it and move it more backwards.
The rear one is a first stage adjustment,(creep, and not pre pull) and the front one the second stage.

The rear one, is to remove or adjust the creep, and the one underneith the trigger blade iwill adjust the lightness of the trigger.

Care must be taken not to adjust the rear one to much, otherwise the front one will have no effect at all.

There is also a spring attached to the front of the trigger that you can move to the front hole to make the trigger lighter.

    I hope it will help

Guido, if you think the HW100 has a awsome trigger, wich it has, try the Dommie trigger. The best I,ve ever shot with by far.

I am not comparing the HW100 to the Walther by any means...only to its direct competitors.

The Walther and Steyr triggers are in a completely different league

I must say, I prefer the AA400's trigger. Its easier to adjust, and just as good, if not better.

But I realise, its a matter of personal choice.
