Default Take Your Time when Doing A JOB!!

A while ago I did some work for a friend on an Old Air Rifle. He insisted that he wanted a Red Dot Scope fitted. Well I did that for him, and had to do it very quick. He wanted the gun that afternoon to take to his farm. So I did what I had to do and even fixed up some damage on the stock.

He called me from the farm that night around 23:00. After some R&R by the fire that night, he wanted to show off his Gun. But then found out the scope did not work and very P Off dropped the rifle off the Monday afternoon.

Getting ready that night to strip the brand new scope I found the problem.

IT WAS FITTED WRONG WAY AROUND!!!
I told him that I had to replace the Battery

Are you sure it wasn't the rifle that was the wrong way round?
