    Default S400 Mods

    Hi Guys,

Want to start FT with my S400 soon and would like to know as to what mods you guys would recommend I do to my S400.
Already planning on raising my cheekpiece, mounting a knee support, installing a longer cylinder, barrel band & muzzle brake.

What else should I do? What has helped you guys from previous experience?

Adjustable rearpad, a good scope x 32 + . The AA S400 will do the job. I enjoy shooting FT with my AA S400 Custom. Enjoy your FT and hope to see you soon with high score.

Arnold, I made mine to be removed when hunting. I used the mount hole for the 1st pin and drilled a 2nd hole for the 2nd pin. Drilled a hole to monitor the gauge +- the same size as the gauge. The 2nd hole was drilled where the checkerd starts ( closely to the gauge)
Importer have nice slip on hamster's, easy to add / remove.

A hamster is a knee rest.

Oh!, and a fluffy animal that runs all day in a wheel. Its very simmular to AA shooters, they go in circles all day, but get no where..........he....he...he

    S400 for FT
it's good enough just as it is, but to make it work better for you :
Adjustable Buttpad or adjustable Buttplate (like on EV2)
    Adjustable Cheekpiece (up and down)
Adjustable Kneerest (Hamster - up and down)
    MPR trigger
High Mag Side Focus Scope (like Nikko Stirling 10-50)
    The RIGHT pellets

that's the most important but you can add Longer Cylinder for better balance, you will need High Power Cylinder, High Power Barrel Collar and Barrel Extension, this does make a difference aswell !

I don't recommend longer cylinder for everyone, some people prefer silenced PCP's, at that takes you option of a Std silencer away.

Then get yourself a Chronograph and spend some time fine tuning.

All of this takes alot of time !

    Enjoy...
