I know you guys that are used to FT don't usually do prone or kneeling position but because in the HFT i used to do, you had to do certain positions, so we got used to kneeling and prone. I have found prone to be just as good as a bench rest if you do it properly. Has anyone tested both prone and sitting positions properly and practiced them ?
Anyone that hasn't tried prone before i strongly suggest you try it!sitting is much better than kneeling though, to much movement in a kneeling position! %-6
