i know of a couple of guys that have dome it.
is it worth the effort and time???
does it make a difference all i am looking for is that 1 extra shot that i might get from a shoot.
On a rifle like your Dominator, it frankly won't be worth the effort IMO. The design is uch that the barrel should be fairly free of any influence from potential movements in the action.
The only rifles that I have found benefited from some form of bedding tend to be Ripley's and GC2's - not because there is any flaw in the design of these guns, more that the issue is with variations in the stocks that could cause POI shifts during removal and refitting due to different torque on the stockl screws. In this instance bedding the actions in the correct manner takes away the influence of different torques.
