    Default Power and accuracy

Will reducing the power on a rifle have an efect on accuracy, I`m trying to refine my CFX a bit more.

I want to fit a shorter maccari spring and some custom guides, the power will come down to about 12ftp from 14.5ftp.

The guy I spoke to said he did it to his one and the rifle had less recoil and became very consistent.

    Thanks for the input.

definitely worth doing on a springer!

It may have no effect on inherent accuracy but will definitely make the rifle easier to shoot accurately.

I think it has a definite affect on accuracy, not only will it make the gun eaasier /smoother to shoot, but the quality kits WILL make your gun more consistent from shot to shot, which will make your gun more accurate. Shot to shot consistency is the key to accuracy IMO. Ever heard of an accurate EV2 with a 40fps spread between shots?

So every one agrees it wont do any harm to add the kit!
