my best ever 5 shot group.......pity about the last arrow, just couldnt pull it off too much pressure......iirc, inner (X) circle = 2" diameter. KZN FITA Champs July 2007, slight breeze......shooting X10s and Hoyt Trykon @ +/- 275fps.

    sorry had to show off.................

    urabus,
how about a pic of your Trykon setup? Would like to see/know the sight setup. What poundage set at?
Btw, mighty strange looking fletching that, or is it just the pic's angle?
Otherwise, moerse well done! I can only dream of shootin' like that...

    Urabus,

Presume you know Greg Toplis. He also works for Seppie at Magnum Archery.

The archery world is quite small.....

Pitty you shoot a Hoyt. LOL You should switch over to the best aka Mathews...... Do I see another AA vs Walther, Hoyt vs Mathews debate coming up LOL....

    Nice shooting by the way.

tks guys.........but NeilG is right.......more like 5 very very lucky shots than the norm.....i get pretty happy when all 6 is in the yellow normally.

the trykon is not really a "target" bow......but i guess i went for the "S400" route re using a hunting rig....etc 28"DL @ 57lbs using copper john evo 2 sight + cartel triple scope, trophy taker steel spring 2 rest, cartel carbon stabilizer with doinker abomb& weight......etc the fletches are flexfletch ffp187's just that i put to much offset and helical + the wrap and angle........that's why they look funny.

i like mathews, had a switchback XT ..........and just got a new target bow last week.......mathews conquest 4.....like air rifles.......all the top brands/models are all very good.......it all down to how it feels/look to YOU....etc i guess i'm not a brand slvt.......i got a bowtech allegiance as my hunting rig.

    hey moose......saw a pic of ur bow......schweet!!!!

dont know prof van warmelo????? shot next to greg a few times though...........cool guy........at the nationals this year......we tied after the fita round but i had more x's.......so me 6th, him 7th..................
