We covered the LW barrels a while ago under another thread....
    Here is the website.... http://www.lothar-walther.de/html/1.php
    Look under Airgun barrel blanks.....

Get the .20 calibre and do not waste your time on .177......, especially on a springer...., unless it is on a Weihraugh HW97, of course......!!!!!

My s400erb have a 24" hw barrel. the longer the barrel the more shots from a fill. Filled it to 190bar - 943 ftp/s...10 shots later @ 180 bar - 972fp/s....170 bar just over 1000ftp/s...160bar - 1030fp/s....top speed 1038 & 150bar...36th shot...got bored of taking measurements by then. JSB pellets. If you set the power to exactly half way on the erb u get accurate velocities (900-930fp/s) at 50meters for plenty of shots with a 180bar fill, 40 plus. And then u can set the adjuster to full at about 130-125bar and shoot it down to just below 100bar for another 20 shots.

cardan... in ur gun... i think start with 175bar might be a better idea than 190bar or 180bar... coz ur top is 1038fps.. not really need to make use of those low numbers like 943fps-972fps... only give u more curvy results...

if u can keep ur gun start at 990fps then clamb to 1038fps then back to 990fps... u should be all set...
