How musc could I get a cheap springer for my 11 year old son.I dont want to start him up with something too expensive until such time I see He takes
much interest in the sport.A small springer will be just fine.
Any make and prices will do.I can get one this weekend if any suggestions come my way.

    Thanks guys

Yes i agree, i would rather buy a good pre owned springer at an affordable price than a new springer that is cheap. Now what you considder as affordable is totally up to you, thats my humble opinion.

Cheap or afordable? Coz I made the mistake of buying a cheap cash crusaders Chineese jobbie... and it SUCKS!! If you want your son to be demorilised and not to shoot get one of those...

Theres a few CFX's in the for sale area?

I agree. One of my friends also bought a R 200 or R300 springer for his son of 10jrs and the poor laaitie got so frustrated with the thing that he do not want to shoot with it anymore. Now his dad moved over and bought him a CZ200. He said he can't give it to someone because he doesn't hate anybody that much.

Thanks guys for all the different options.I think a
BSA meteor is a good choice, small & light as my son is very thin. Does anyone know were I can source one and at what cost.

    Thanks
