Default Never seen this before...Wheel for AO scope

Check this setup. Always wondered how it (AO wheel) would look.

ps: How the hell do you shoot 10m or closer, with the scope mounted that high?

    Read further down:
"There is no problems dialing in parallax correction at 10 yards. It will take 131 clicks."

blankster the reason for mounting the scope so high is that at your far distances 40-50m its sometimes difficult to get the right distance because every time you get a different reading
so by mounting the scope so high if you out 2m in ranging you will still hit the kill zone
A 50m target can range at 48m you will still hit the target provided you keep the wind in mind

I can see some SERIOUS issues with the way that scope is monted to an unsupported barrel.

The moment you turn that parallax wheel there will definitely be POI shifts...

Ok guys, I know I'm new to the sport, but I just cant see the point of the ring around the AO? surely its big enough to write the ranges directly onto the scope, with out turning it into a space station look alike...

    Can someone explain?

Once you parallax, it's easier to look up and take your reading instead of wasting your minute by pointing the gun straight up in the air to see your markings.

I think it looks strange, I would'nt trade it for a side wheel setup and I have to agree with Guido when it comes to the mounting points.
