Default I had to share this :)

So I visited my friend this weekend.. He is into bow hunting.. So one thing led to another and I asked for a few shots. This is a 6 arrow grouping on 17m. And there is a pic to give an idea if the distance. I have previous to this only shot 2 arrows. On at a target a coupla years ago and one into a pool. I am pretty chuffed with the grouping and am sure that if he had more arrows I would have been able to add to the grouping Maybe I must get myself a bow as well![br]<div class='spacer'>[img:width=800&height=600]../../Deadlinks/public/1202242981_701_FT0_grouping.jpg[/img]</div>

Met a chap yesterday who says he used to shoot bows in competition up to 90m into the same size bull. Also said it was easier than a springer.

I hate to burst your bubble......shooting a comound is not easy. Regulation 90m FITA target 9 ring is about that size. To be able to put six arrows in the 9 ring at that distance, you will destroy your arrows at 20m shooting a single bull. - need 6 individual bulls.

Yeah, think he did not think I would group then that well on the 1st shoot else he would have probably not let me shoot 6 at the same bull

Nice shooting JTK, wish I could shoot a bow like that. What is the dog doing in the fishpond, fishing or drinking.
