The amendment re dangerous weapons covers it. Make allowance for size - think its blade not exceeding 10cm?

Anyone else know & how does that effect things like Leathermans?

If I'm not mistaken there was always 'n law against carrying a knife with a longer blade than, I think three inches. The point is that a cop should not stop you to check if you carry a knife with a blade longer than that, but use it to defend yourself and you are in the brown stuff. It is like that with almost anything in life. You can play your music as loud as you want and untill what ever hour of the day or night you like, untill somebody complains. You could be shooting in your back yard with your unsilenced PCP, untill you get new neighbours. So it goes on and on.
