    does any one know anybody that does carbon fibre work, or in fact carbon fibre stocks for rifle?

    Surely carbon fibre would be entirely too light. I suspect it would be down right rubbish for springers and unbalanced for everything. If your scope becomes the heaviest part of your rig then I would expect instability, at least for me the weight should be low as possible, like on my knee and not pivoting like an inverted pendulum

    I think what Veritas wants to do is cover his wood in cf. Maybe he can use that hysdrographics posted about earlier. That will give him the look he wants without sacrificing balance

    ok, so i was told this is carbonj fibre,
    do you suggest i use a stain like grip seal ro what?
    doesnt have to be .22, .20 can do

    Veritas, go get the Hidrographics done. There is a place up there where you are that does it. There was a post about it some time ago. Maybe someone can remember where the place is. One of the guys did their ev stock in CF hydrographic and it realy looks fantastic.
