might not be able to get the funds together so i might just stay with the 400 and buy scope better hard case ect

but from the pictures ive seen the ev2's grouping is one hole at 20 and 25 but not one hole like i have shot one hole that doesnt get bigger

dude, sales gimick, shot in a room with absolutly no wind factor, its not going to make the guns standing shot grouping better. will have a discussion at the range some time,k?

No it's not a sales gimmick. I have never seen group size pictures come from the AA factory.

I HAVE shot ten pellets through the same hole at 25 yards off the bench with my EV. I have also shot an EV2 that would put 12mm groups together at 55 yards, that is outside, in the UK not in still air. That is accurate, but not especially so. I have seen one hole ten shot groups 5 to 6mm across, shot inside, with a Ripley, and the S400 will do something pretty similar.

The S400 is a very accurate rifle, adapt the stock fot FT and put a top class scope on, and you have a performing rifle.

Why have an EV?? Because I like it 8)
