    Default Mental training for athletes

I have attached an article given to me by an old Springbok shottist regarding mental techniques for shooting. It appears to be from an old SANRA newsletter form the late 90's.

Unfortunately, it is not a "how-to" manual. Rather, stating what you should be doing, not how to do it. I guess it is for you to find out the techniques that work for you by yourself.

The reason for posting it is two-fold. I do not want it to disappear into an old box and get lost to time. It may have value for other shooters. Mental training is probably the most overlooked subject for non-professional athletes.
