I dont think there is a lot to be said.look through the scope and take the one you like.if you are going to shoot FT Mil dot is all you need .The nato bits and bods might just distract you.

Thanks Allan. I like the idea of the Nato and the crispness of the croshair. However the mildot will allow me to shoot mildots should I want to shoot some HFT/ hunt or plink with it.. difficult choice to make.

What are you buying the scope for.be honest with yourself. If its FT then your hunting must take 2nd place. If you want it for hunting your FT must take 2nd place.Mil dots do the job for me.

Scope will be for FT 1st and foremost. but it would be nice to shoot off dots every now and again as I dont want to loose that skill. But who knows. I may start enjoying to dial

I have a NATO. I don't miss the mill-dots at all. I dial only, for hunting also, so I use the wind markings on the horizontal bar as references for wind.(That is what it is there for) The crosshairsare much finer so I can use it for BR and silhouettes also and when doing long shots it does not obscure the POA. I can see I have the pigeon's eye in the scope at 40m away and at reletive low maginfication. I think it makes for more accurate aiming, especially for BR and other target shooting
I don't think I would ever use dots again.

    Nee wat JTK.
Kry 'n gewone Plex soos wat my BAM40 het. Milldots is vir ouens wat nie hul geweer ken nie.
