    Default Trigger problem

    Hi,

I bought a gas rammed rifle with a adjustable trigger, looks similar to my MZE triggers from the past.
When I received the rifle the trigger was set so light, that putting the safety on let a shot off.

After about 30 shots, the rifle does not load (lock) once cocked over. Its as if the trigger is so light, that it engages on cocking.
How do i go about setting this trigger harder so I can shoot the rifle, or do I have to take it in to someone?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Roger!

Im no gunsmith, but i think you over adjusted the trigger & that's not allowing sear to catch. Turn out the screws on trigger and then retry.

As Lauren said, adjust the weight of the first and second stage if it is a two stage trigger. Normally its the weight of the first stage that is needed to bring the sear back into action.
