For all those who are wishing to attend the FT Worlds champs in England next year please note the following:
Entries to the worlds will only be accepted if submitted by the RGB, so shooters from SA wanting to enter have to do so via SAFTAA.

SAFTAA has registered our intent.
In the first round SAFTAA will be offered 14 places, 8 for the team and 6 for individuals. If these additional 6 spots are not booked then we lose all other chances of getting places, and only those who entered will be given places
If we book all 6 we will get offered more spots in the second round of registrations. In total we could have over 30 spots if we take all the spots given so there is a lot of space.
FOR THE FIRST ROUND:
All those who would like to register for the worlds will need to email SAFTAA with their intent before the end of SEPTEMBER 2018.
Please note that payment for the Worlds will need to be made to SAFTAA before the 15th OCTOBER 2018, as SAFTAA has to pay this over before the 31st.
If there are more than 6 people who submit their intent then the following will take place:
13th October @ the Wonderboom league
All names of those with written intent will be placed into a hat and a draw will be done, after the shoot for all to witness.
All the names will be drawn out in order. The first 6 have then two days to make payment to SAFTAA, (Proof of payments have to be sent)
If for any reason a shooters declines their intention or does not make payment then the next or 7th shooter will be given 2 days to make their payment.
Once all 6 places have been filled the next shooter or shooters in line will be given first option when the second round of registrations opens on the 1st Nov and they will have till the 7th Nov to make payment. These number of places can only be made known once we know from the WFTF on the first NOV

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR MONEY READY. SAFTAA CAN NOT PAY ON YOUR BEHALF.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTRY FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE, YOU WOULD HAVE TO FIND A SHOOTER TO TAKE YOUR PLACE AND GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THEM.
On the 13th of Oct at the draw we will let you know what the costs should be in Rands +-. It will be on the plus side, to make sure that there is enough money and all spare will be refunded.
At present the entry fee is 155£, This includes the prize giving dinner and entry only. There will be additional costs for the Welcome dinner, polly balls for your bum bag etc. We will let you know once we know these costs.
