    Default Crosman Model-167 Pellgun

    Good day
I have an old Crosman 167 Pellgun.
I saw that the QB78 is a copy and can be shot with paintball gas cylinders.
Is there a way that i can fit a cylinder to my Crosman??
I hate the way it loses power after a couple of shots.

Why would you want to do that to an airgun last produced in around 1959?

Sounds like you just need a new seal kit.

Or if you simply must have the shot count, buy a QBx and convert it to bulk fill.

Last night i looked through the barrel and couldnt make ot the rifeling. Inserted a pellet breach side and used a piece of weedeater gut to puah it through. It was very easy to push it through. The pelet had teeny marks on them.
So i took aff the barrel and had a good look. There is almost no rifeling. Very very fine lines.
Is this standard. My gecado mod 25 has big grooves. Just looks fishy to me

A lot of older Crosmans have very fine rifling.

Apart from getting it serviced do not mess up a really nice old classic rifle.

Outdoor Pitstop is selling QB79 rifles on the forum. Rather buy one from him, before you butcher the nice Crosman?? Or swap somebody for a QB
