    Default Weihrauch HW100s

    Hi All,

I have purchased a Weihrauch HW100s .177 30J 9 (used) , I am filling it with the MK4 Hills Pump and I noticed after filling it up to 200 bars it drops very slightly. The manometer needle drops by about 1mm or 2mm within 2 or 3 days. I presume that it could be a slight leak. its bullseye accurate at 20m

Who is the accredited technicians/ specialists for Weihrauchs in Pretoria.

    Thank you

If you leave it for, say, 6 days does it drop even more? If so, then yes it's leaking.

If not I'd put it down to the (massively compressed) air in the cylinder getting warm and registering a higher pressure on the gauge. If it REALLY bothers you, fill the rifle to 205bar.

If it is leaking, chat to Wyan Schoonwinkel (he's wyan on this forum.) He's in PTA, very capable, and can probably help you out.
