    Default Pellet gauge

    Hi guys
Been searching ye olde interwebs and the length guys go to when sorting pellets are quite intense.
Ive got a friend with an engineering shop and cnc. Thought id ask him to make me a pellet head guage.
Now i need your input. What sizes should the different holes on the gauge be?

    My pellet gauge.
My experience is that all pellet heads 4.50 or larger shoot in one hole of 5 mm or smaller at 25m. With smaller pellet heads then I get about 20% flyers.

That looks perfect. There's a few of us that want to start making these for ourselves. I'm struggling with finding the correct sized bits. What did you use to drill those precision holes?

Im thinking maybe an adjustable reamer or a wirecutter. The only problem is how does one acurately measure such a small hole within 10micron?
