So I have a Hatsan mod 95 with the gas ram conversion done to it... every now and then when I fire the rifle, it makes a loud noise (like when you diesel a rifle), I'm not a fan of dieseling air rifles, so I'm a bit worried about it happening... but more importantly why is it happening? And how can I prevent it?

Could be over lubricated or a bad piston seal letting lubricant pass into the space in front of the piston. If your gun squeaks when you cock it it's most likely a bad seal.

It does make a squeak-ish kind of noise... I'll get the piston seal replaced. Thanks for the help
