Default Fixing poor sights on Artemis CP1

The sights on my new Artemis CP1 are quite dissapointing. The front blade has rounded shiny "soft" edges and corners.

The rear sight notch also has rounded "soft" edges and corners, particularly on the left. It is also too narrow, the front blade fills the notch completely, there's no light at all between the blade and notch edges when sighting

I presume fixing this would require some filing but I have no idea what type of file(s) I need to do it. I would also need to paint it all after filing with a good quality matt black, but again I have no idea what to use or where to get it.

Needle files would work best and would be available from a good reputable tool supplier.

Thanks, do you have any idea anout the best paint to use after filing? Obviously it has to be thin so that it doesn't form rounded/soft edges, but at the same time it must be solidly opaque and non-reflective.
