A friend has a wicked belt-buckle knife - is that legal and obtainable in SA?

I got this one from a knife maker in Rustenburg. Think his name was Danie. Can check if you need.

That is kief, Danie, but I can't take one at the moment. My friend's one had a solid handle that was part of a larger ornamental buckle. I will try to get a photo.
