I got someone to make a new firing valve for the Bam and now its like new. I finished the inletting on the new stock today and I will probably start shaping it tomorrow. Some pics included. I should really get a better camera.
Hey section811, look like things are coming together with that BAm of yours. I bet the finished product would be a one of a kind. What kind of wood are you using? I'm stupid when it comes to wood and carpentry. " piece of plank or rilfe stock" doesnt matter to me, as long as it sits comfortably and the rifle shoots straigt.... I just drool over the beautifull stocks i see on this forum. But on a hunting rig like my BAm, they will get scratched and dinged up too much, and i would piss my pants if i screwed up a fine stock like that.
I drive my Isuzu Frontier, while i drool over the Nissan Pathfinders. Look is all i can afford at the moment.
