Default Weihrauch HW100 air cylinder (carbine length).

I'm looking for a 'short' (carbine-length) air cylinder for an HW100.

Even if you don't have a complete air cylinder, a loose cylinder tube will do.
Does anyone have one they'd be willing to sell?

    Yup. Who WANTS to, anyway.
Thing is, I want to keep the original full-length tube and original barrel in reserve, as I suspect I might be reverting at some point.
That eliminates the possibility of a swap-with-cash-difference scenario.

    Component Status Quo so far:
    - I have a .177 AirForce Lothar Walther barrel I can cut down, so that end of things is sorted.
    - If no one has a decent second-hand tube, I can probably have one made.
    - I'll also be making my own custom stock for this project.

You should be able to use the standard stock with a carbine cylinder.... can still reach the fill port.

It is not financially viable to make your own tube. Remember.... it's essentially an explosive device. Surely your life is worth more than the cost of a proper cylinder?

Barrel should be good. cut to 310mm

Buy a compact Tula slip-on silencer if the barrel is not threaded. Don't thread a barrel if you can avoid it. Vincent (excellent tech person) and Dallas (excellent shooter) proved that accuracy is affected by threading, AFAICR.

You have what you need. Spend the money on the cylinder.

Mine, with a Weihroach silencer.... FAR MORE compact with a Tula.

PS... you can see the tiny Tula on my Pulsar...

The sporter stock I have is okay for hunting, but for HFT, I'm struggling to put my cheek in the same position on the stock each time.
I plan on solving this problem by building my own custom stock.

I may already have a lead regarding a carbine cylinder. Here's hoping it pans out!
(Dogtrix: I'll get in touch ASAP - I promise!)

Is that total barrel length (i.e. from the start of the breech end), or from the muzzle to where the barrel enters the action block?

The AirForce barrel I have is already threaded for 1/2" UNF, so no worries.
