    Default Field Target Raffles

To all participants in the two raffles:

Nikko Stirling Hornet: We have received enough entries to have covered the cost of the scope but not much to hand over. We are a long way from 200 tickets.
Walther Springer" We are short 20 tickets to be able to cover the R5000 reserve on this prize. We have a couple of options to consider.

    1. Wait it out until 27 July in the hope that there will be 20 more tickets sold.
    2. Call it quits and give all raffle ticket holders their money back.
    3. Call it quits and transfer all the tickets to the Scope raffle.

You are the guys who paid for the tickets. I will abide by whatever you decide.

    Kind regards

    Mike

Voted 3 too. We had to cancel 2016 raffles due to the lack of support. The last successful raffle was the 2017 SAPSSF Raffle - which took about 7 months to sell a mere 300 tickets @ R100.

Eendragt maakt magt long ago became moot among the airgun community.

I just wait on payday to buy a few more tickets for the LGV raffle, won't be able to bet on 20 though. Are you saying I should not buy any more tickets for the LGV then?

The sales are far too slow to make up the 20 tickets by next Saturday. Thanks for your support but rather put your money into the scope raffle.

I have to agree with you Citizen K. Every year I think of trying something new. But without any sponsorship from the suppliers, there is only so much that I can finance/get financed. What little we get on the raffle is a gesture of goodwill from the raffle takers for the participants in the World event. Next year the WFTF Championship is being held here in SA and I really do hope that we can get more support to stage this international event.

Both the donors of the LGV voted to cancel the raffle and transfer the entries received to date to the NS Hornet Raffle ( [EVENT] Win a Nikko Stirling Hornet ED in the WFTC 2019 Team ZA Raffle ~ Air Rifle SA Forums )

I have transferred those entries now.

Good evening all ARF members and friends.

With the combination of the two raffles, we are 64 tickets short of achieving 200 tickets sold. Please go out and punt this raffle with all your friendly shooting buddies.
