A few months ago I bought a Nikko targetmaster 10-50x60 scope.
Scope is fine but recently I tried to remove the side wheel.
Cannot seem to get it off.
I've contacted the guy who sold it to me, but maybe someone has experience with this:
I could find a match for the side wheel and it seems to be optisan viper wheel:
the big wheel was removed with 3 screws in the front:
All grub screws and other 3 screws in the front was removed:
( on some of the pictures you can still seem them, but this was only not to loose them)
The back of the side wheel has smaller diameter that the 2 knobs of the parallax and I can only pull this the wheel away from the scope until the 2 knob touch the back metal. the back also has no notch to align with the knobs on the parallax.
I tried to wiggle and maneuver the wheel to get it off but it won't budge.
Without damaging the scope or removing the parallax knob ( which I'm not sure how to do) , is there any advice to remove the side wheel?
