Default DIY Field Target laminate stock

So I have always wanted a Laminate FT stock so a few weeks ago my purple laminate arived and I could not wait to het started.

I decided this time around Im not going to fuck around on my small manual mill so I took the plank to work to go cnc machine it.

I had a 40mm slot drill modified to a 35mm ballnose to get things as perfect as possible.

First order was to machine a dummy to get things right as I dont want to screw this thing up because they cost alot of money.

    Machining the dummy piece:

Machining on the laminate with the 35mm cutter:

    Profile starting to take shape:

    The end product:

I dont realy know why I want a new FT stock as my current one is perfect as is.

Thats all for now. Will cary on in a few weeks again.
