    Default Gamo 3-9X50 Scope

I have just bought this for my CF-30.

    Questions:

What is a reasonable price to pay for this scope?
What sort of quality s it?
As I am just about to move on to an AA400, can this scope be used on it until I can afford something more advanced?

Why do you need a scope at all if you have the crosshairs painted on your glasses???

    Good one.

This questions are meant for before you buy something! Just joking, I hope you will be happy with it. I've got no experiece with those scopes. If it will work on your CF-30 then I'm sure the recoil of a AA400 wont bother it to much.

    Here's the thing...
What I do is line up (transpose) the reticle EXACTLY over the reticle in the scope.
This way, I cancel out any parallax.

    Unconfused?

Try it. A Cokiepen and a ruler am all you are need.

While looking through the scope, move your head up and down, left and right. With mine the crosshairs appeared to flex in a bow shape up, down, left, right depending what angle you look through the scope. I had 2 diffirent points of impact, depending on how I faced the scope. Try it and see. I changed to Nikko Stirling Airking and never had problems again.
