    Default South African Manufactured Airgun

Read in the SA Hunters (?) magazine about a SA designed and manufactured airgun called the Rinkhals. Two models, both neck-breakers. Emphasis is on quality and reliability by the look of it. Everything is steel, even the full trigger system which is based on a Timney design. These guys want to mainly take on the English and German markets with the gun, which (on paper) seems to compare with some of the Weihrauch models. It'll be expensive (+- R3,200) for these rifles, but keep in mind what you get is a semi-custom design. You can even choose you're stock!

It's a springer, through and through. Gas ram would be a fantastic idea though. I should offer to test it and do a write-up for the site.
The maybe buy the "used" rifle at a reduced price...

Is there anywhere online where we can see the rifle?

Fancy getting another springer. Miss my HW97K alot.

Spent a bit of time with my Gamo on Friday, 0.5" groups at 25m. But the trigger and recoil are very harsh.

Any clue as to what the retail price is going to be?
Is this a copy of anything or a whole new design (is there anything left to design in a springer?)
