they take the top 8 to worlds so lewis and jason have a pretty good chance.good luck guys.

avion you should have seen the shock on Brians face when i told him i was moose was pretty funny.

any way thanks to all the guys that went to the trouble of setting up all those targets it was good fun.

    what a weekend it was........

tks to SAFTAA & everyone else that made it possible. special tks to Chris and Wolwehoek for the facilities and hospitality.

congrats to the top 8, good luck for the worlds.

welldone to leeuwkop (unofficial club challenge), i will bring the 6 pack next time.....hehe

it was very nice to see so many familiar faces at the shoot.

personally, the wheel really fell off the wagon on sunday (12 ex 37), so much to learn...........never the less it's a great experience.

well done guys.... i have done alot of competing in archery, and i can tell you now, that this event had a better vibe, and was run alot better then the world champs i went to in 2000 for archery....

I think Ziggy and the whole SAFTA board have done an amazing job here....
Take ziggy for example, he took like R8000 bucks and gave it to england as a deposit to reserve the 8 positions for the national team. out of his own pocket, now thats dedication....

Well done to hennie, only missing 6 targets for the last round.... thats how its supposed to be done!!!!! gave us a good hiding.....

As for our national team, i am convinced, that hennie, lewis, hopefully me, and ziggy are going to give the guys carrots in england....
We will be in the top 10 in the worlds....

    Game over.....

The shoot in my opinion was great success. The weather was kuck! The wind blowing from left to right, then right to left, in your face up your a##e and so forth.
Saturday's ranges proved a difficult with the wind compounding shooters woes even more. Sunday was any airgunners nightmare with winds reaching speeds up to 48km/h West-North West, confirmed from a local weather station. Any person who shot above 20 on any of the three ranges deserves respect in my book. Most of the ranges were set to full expert or hard to expert. So well done. A special thank you to Neil, Kobus, Ziggy, Archie, for their assistance. Last but not least thank you to all the shooters who participated and made tis a total success.
