By the way ou Van the hatsan is comming allong nicely now will make a decent gun out of her ( just going to take a lot of quality time!) I think the B2 will be passed onto my kid brother.

I have no experience with CO rifles, so I ask this question only because I don't know these rifles, but how does the QB78 compare to the Gamo Extreme CO?

Ek het nog nie met die Gamo geskiet nie maar ek neem aan sy sneller is soos ander Gamos (k@K) Die QB het 'n nice sneller.

Dis waar. Keith s die sneller is k@k. Hoe kry hulle dit reg om selfs op 'n CO gun die sneller op te f.......

Spinner, there is no yardstick that needs to be achieved before coming to a shoot. In fact, you should come to a shoot before you buy anything and check out whats what so that you can make an informed decision about what kit and what discipline you should align yourself and your wallet with.

I have to aggree with Andrew. last thing you want is to get a rifle that cannot give you what you want. CO2 is great for plinking but not the answer for FT or HFT unfortunately.

yeah that is what I am busy doing I am basically taking my time with making a decision as to what rifle I am gonna get. and well wen I go down to sedgefield well yeah gonna see if I can hook up with 30-06 see what he has and wen I get back arrange something with lloyd and see what he says and make my decision based on htat. But that aint even gonna be the final decision I am basically gonna drool over the rifles for bout another year or so till I get my other project out of the way and flying and then maybe jus maybe I will go and get a rifle parents depending.

and well yeah see if I can get some targets (maybe some resets from JTK) and do some plonking in the backyard (locking the cats in the house before I do that it)

Look on the yellow forum and airgun forum , there are thousands of these in use , the kit that Archer sells for these, you can have fun for years.

They'll be ok up to about 30m there after you need a rifle with more puff .
