Does anybody know the BC of Gamo Pro Magnum pellets?
Ballistic Coefficient (BC) is the value determined from the energy retention at a given distance. How aero-dynamic the projectile is and the weight.
The BC does not change for different launching speeds. It is constant for a given projectile (pellet).
I would reckon pellet shape determines accuracy first, then consistency.
ie wadcutters wander at long ranges, albeit the consistency of the tin is very good.
